Tried to cancel order	June 14, 2019

I tried to cancel my order online 15 minutes after placing it and was unable to do so as apparently it was already being processed. So I called and got a voicemail and left my order number requesting it be cancelled. Didn't hear back so I called again and left a message after hours. The order just showed up.
