Ordered product on Aug 20/19. Paid $40 for priority 2 day shipping. Received an e-mail from company on Aug 23/19 to clarify shipping address because shipping address and billing address were different. product is to be shipped to the shipping address provided. Was told that the shipping dept would be made aware right away and that the company would overnight my package to me. I received an email that stating my package was to be delivered on Aug 28/19. Received an e-mail on that date stating that "package not delivered". I called shipping company and clarified shipping address once again and was told that the package would be delivered the next day (Aug 29/19). Package did not arrive on Aug 29/19. but a noticed was delivered (a bussiness) stating that the package would be available for pickup UPS location on Sept 3/19 due to that weekend being a long weekend. Very disappointing that I paid for 2 day shipping yet never received my package until 10 days after initial purchase.
