I recieved my coop in a reasonable amount of time but pieces were broken when I opened the box.  I contacted customer service by email and recieved a response quickly.  Waiting to receive a reply back regarding what will be done with rectify this issue.
The product itself is cute but would only recommend 2 hens.  Wood trim is made of what appears to be shims and I feel like it may not hold up more than a year or two.  I opted to make a second shed into a coop to accommodate my chickens that are coming in a few weeks.
Will update this review when my issue has been resolved.
