2 of 5 Okay for the price. Lacks very basic features. August 12, 2017
Reviewer: Adam Simpson from Richmond Hill, ON Canada
Ok at best. The hose design is poor at best and effects how flat the sander lays on surfaces. The hose should be shorter where the head connects to the tube. The power cord is located in the worst place, right in the middle of the unit making it easily tangled in the hose and around the shaft. The way the suction is design is also a big issues, the sander has a 10 hole configuration that is not utilized properly and could have easily be designed better at no extra manufacturing cost. The sanding pads are ok but buy them from a 3rd party as Aleko is very expensive and 10 discs are over $80 depending on where you live. The customer service is prompt to respond with an "I don't care deal with it" attitude. All in all you should spend your money elsewhere.

5 of 5 Excellent investment May 12, 2016
Reviewer: Richard from Cochrane, AB Canada
This tool is surprisingly good for this price.  There is a learning curve to operate power drywall sanders well, but once you have a good feel, there is really no going back to manual sanding.  I completed a five room basement floor to ceiling in 6 hours without major exertion.  With a bit of feel and finer grits the finish needs no touch-up.  Dust collection could be improved and a corner sanding feature would be nice to have, but at 1/5 of the price of comparable machines, I can live with a bit of corner sanding.  This machine paid for itself easily on one job.  As a bonus, the overall quality seems quite decent, so I expect it will last reasonably well.  The integrated work light is a great feature, eliminating the need for floods to see contours.  Overall this unit exceeded my expectations by a long shot.

3 of 5 Overall, not bad April 14, 2016
Reviewer: Jason Beam from MB Canada
Overall I was impressed with this sander.  The head swivels nicely allowing for the pole to be held at any angle.  It wasn't as heavy and cumbersome as I was expecting.

Areas for improvement: the dust collection was virtually non-existent.  I had a powerful shop vac connected, and suction at the head of the sander was poor.  Adjusting the various suction settings on the sander had no affect.
