gate controller double swing gate GG1700 24 volt system worked well @ - 5 degrees C actuator would not move sent e-mails to company purchased from did not get any service poor distributor? solar controller failed wires into controller exposed to water poor installation indicating battery discharged volt meter test they were fully charged I ordered new controller. water entered the unit poor installation. also ordered an actuator advised aleko no support from the installer info stated system had 2 year warranty advised unit only had one tried to re-program the gate once the controller was installed could not program ordered a circuit board Aleko advised one item would be under warranty not the case I was charged for all components to replace most parts in the first year is unacceptable anymore failures will replace system with company that stands behind the product through their distributors this unit is not cheap and should last
the gate system.
