I ordered this awning replacement to replace what appears to be an old Aleko product, which has been installed for at least 10 years, since we purchased the house. It began to tear over the past year, requiring replacement. The online order process was quick and straight forward, the price was reasonable, the shipping fast, and arrived in great condition. Installation was relatively easy, with only two small problems. It was necessary to use the original cording
for the valance, since the shipped one was far too small. Additionally, the instructions were not very clear that two people are required for installation, especially as regards to re-inserting both ends of the awning at the same time into the guides. Some minor re-engineering was required (removing roller entirely from awning supports), and installation was quite easy after that was realized. A good product overall.
