My 1st order # 7377 arrived damaged so I rejected it and had it returned. It took several weeks of trying to find out if I would be refunded my money or if you would just ship me a replacement. After many calls and e mails I finally found out my account was credited so I reordered another 10 X 20 tent. The order was dropped off while we were away so I was unable to view the shipment and sign for it. Much to my surprise when we returned and seen the package on the driveway it was the package that I had rejected from the original 7377 order. I cannot believe that your shipping department would not have pulled that package, instead they shipped it right back to me. If I had been home when the shipping company delivered it it wouldn't have made it off their truck. This is probably the last time I'll do business with Aleko.

I can't comment on the tent as the box was damaged when it arrived so I refused to accepy it. I'm now waiting to hear back from you as to the replacement. I called your company right after I refused the package , the company that delivered the package recorded that the item was damaged. As I said i'm waiting to hear from you guys.
