Wrong size awning! July 17, 2020 Reviewer: Jacqueline Schmitz from Brampton, ON Canada   Ordered a multistripe green awning size 10 x 12. Arrived in 5 days which was awesome & loved the color. Had 3 guys here to install it, took it out & it's  11 ft instead of 12 ft wide.  Box says 10 x 12 but awning is 10 x 11 ft. Cannit use it, took longer to get response from  Aleko than it took to get the awning. Still waiting to hear how we can get the correct size awning and return the incorrect size one back in exchange.  Tried phoning but was cut off 3 different times. Just want the right size awning fabric  10 x 12 asap. Was this review helpful to you?

Very satisfied with online ordering and after service. Very disappointed with the price adjustment on final billing. Quoted and bought in $Can funds. However bill reflects an adjustment to US$. Great Product - but 15% off did not work on site May 18, 2020 Reviewer: Jeff Goldstein from Lasalle, QC Canada   I contacted Aleko prior to purchase to double check the size and was contacted back immediately. We are very happy with the Awning Fabric Replacement (looks great) and the FedEx shipping was very fast. Only complaint was the 15% Off Every Order - Code: SUNNY - did not work for me (I am in Canada) - I contacted Aleko to inform them....but no reply or follow-up…too bad…probably just purchase their products directly from Walmart next time. Replacement Awning Material April 27, 2020 Reviewer: Ronald Clark from Mount Pearl, NL Canada   The Replacement Awning was promptly shipped and delivered.  While the box was in rough shape when it arrived the replacement awning material inside was not damaged and was in good shape.  We are still a few weeks away from Spring here in Newfoundland and have not yet installed it. Great product, poor customer service April 17, 2020 Reviewer: Susie Blyth from Surrey, BC Canada   Product was made 2" too wide.  When I contacted the company to ask about having it corrected, they said they do not do custom awnings.  My order or request was not a custom order, I wanted them to fix it to the correct measurements I ordered.  Now I have to pay someone $80 to fix their error Was this review helpful to you?
