I received one USED & INCOMPLETE product (I ordered 2).
• missing drilling screws (only 19 instead of 21)
• missing decorations-only 2 instead of 5
• scratched railings
• scratched post
• scratched/chipped dog pickets
• scratched vertical pickets
I understand that you do not know what your local distributors send to your customers, but I expect that you will act on this e-mail immediately and I hope to receive ASAP the products that I have ordered, meaning 2 (TWO) NEW- ALEKO® St. Petersburg Style DIY Iron Wrought Steel 5.5' X 5' (1.7 X 1.5 m) High Quality Ornamental Fence.
