We ordered a 12 x 10 awning replacement it arrived in timely manner however we installed and in fact awning is 11 x 10 with pictures to prove it’s not correct size that I ordered and paid for, made a call I was 2 nd in que left message as instructed that was 8 days ago as of this post and no response!!!!
