Frustrated! |

I don't like to diss a company and I rarely write reviews, but my experience deserves an audience. The office was not reachable after a half dozen emails and phone calls (which directed me to email). In a conformation email I received, there were no less than three emails listed. In the end, I got the wrong colour, but I am afraid to send it back since I can't reach this company. As per the title, utterly frustrating! Also, no instructions at all in the box for how to change the awning. Just a box, a cord, a receipt. I think these guys should be able to do much better than this; it would not take much.
